TSB Bank, a community bank with branches in Lomira, Theresa and Mayville is proud to welcome Randy Waas to the TSB Board of Directors.

Randy is a lifelong resident of the area and a Lomira High School alumnus.  He has been employed with his family business Waas Boring and Cable for 42 years and currently serves as the Vice President of the company. 

Waas Boring and Cable was started in 1969 by Randy’s father Stan Waas who serves as the company president.  They specialize in directional boring and work throughout Wisconsin for many communication companies, private businesses, farmers and homeowners.

Randy has been married to his wife Kerri for 37 years and together they have two children including their son Ryan and his wife Joan and their daughter Amanda and her husband Tyler Gerritts.  They also have one grandson and one more on the way.

As he joins the TSB Board of Directors Randy looks forward to his new role with a community bank.  “Growing up in a small town and dealing with a small community bank has always been easy and enjoyable for myself and Waas Boring.  My dad was on the board of directors for over 30 years at M & I Bank.  The transition from the big corporate bank to another small community bank has been great.  Working with local experienced bank personnel is the only way to do business for Waas Boring and myself.”

Randy has been active in the Lomira community serving on the Lomira Area Fundraiser Committee for the past 20 years.  Additionally he has served as an umpire for over 20 years for local baseball and softball teams.  He supports the local athletic groups and all Wisconsin sports teams.  He enjoys golfing and spending time with his grandson along with relaxing at his winter home in Florida.  He further commented, “I am very thankful for the way my parents brought me up.  I learned to work hard and appreciate what you have.  I also learned at a young age what it took to make Waas Boring successful.”
